The simplest way to start looking after yourself is to embark on a healthy lifestyle journey - eating healthy, exercising regularly and taking time out to relax. I am a big advocate of the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle and it was how I started to get myself back, whilst living in a womens refuge.

It is also a great way to start rebuilding your self-esteem. By looking after yourself on the inside you are showing yourself that you are important, that your wellbeing is a priority.

Over the years I have come up with a healthy lifestyle “blueprint” that works really well, for me and for the many others I have coached and got on board with this way of living !
