Yoga & Meditation

Of all the self-help, health and wellbeing tools, resources and strategies I have used I can truly say that including yoga and meditation in my life has had the most positive impact on my inner health and wellbeing, including my positvtiy and ability to spend time in the present moment. If you are new to yoga, just start with beginner classes and if you are new to meditation start with short, 5-10 minute meditations. If you prefer exercise that gets you out of breath have a go at the pilates options.

Yoga, pilates and meditation provide opportunities to listen to your inner being, reconnect with who you are on the inside, rediscover an appreciation for yourself and your body. Please do give it a go and try to commit to it for at least a month before you decide whether or not it is for you !

Boho Beautiful

provides yoga, pilates, meditation and healthy living videos. I started doing the Boho Beautiful workouts and meditations that are on You Tube and quickly realised how great they made me feel. So I downloaded the paid for App and absolutely love the challenges and programmes.
